Plain-language terms for practitioners and invited patients using ChronoNerve.
Clinical use
ChronoNerve measures and tracks simple reaction times. It is a documentation and progress-tracking tool, not a diagnostic device, and it does not provide medical advice. Clinical decisions remain the responsibility of the treating practitioner.
Accounts
Public registration creates practitioner accounts only; patients join by invitation and must authorize each practitioner who asks to view their records. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for recording sessions only with the patient's knowledge and consent.
Plans and billing
The Free plan covers one authorized patient and a monthly allowance of automated analyses. ChronoNerve Pro is £24 per month, billed through Stripe, and raises both the roster and analysis allowances. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled from the billing portal; cancelling returns the account to the Free plan at the end of the paid period. Clinical records are never deleted when a plan changes — records beyond the Free allowance are simply hidden from that practitioner until they upgrade.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access records you have not been authorized to view, upload unlawful content, or use the service to make automated clinical decisions without practitioner review.
Availability
We aim for continuous availability but the service is provided as-is. Automated analysis may occasionally be unavailable; recorded sessions are always saved regardless of whether analysis succeeds.
