Privacy Policy
Summary of how clinical data is handled in ChronoNerve. Practices should review this alongside their own patient privacy notice before launch.
What we store
Practitioner accounts (name, email, plan status) and reaction-time sessions (trial times, averages, false starts, session tag and clinical notes) recorded against a patient record. We do not ask for diagnoses, images or free-text medical history beyond the notes a practitioner chooses to enter.
Who can see patient records
A patient's sessions are visible to the patient and to practitioners the patient has explicitly authorized. Access is enforced in the database, not only in the interface. Patients can review and withdraw practitioner access at any time from their access portal, and removing a practitioner link never deletes the patient's own history.
Processing and third parties
Accounts, records and files are hosted on our managed cloud backend. Subscription billing is handled by Stripe, which receives only the billing details needed to take payment — never clinical records. Aggregate session metrics may be processed by an automated analysis service to produce summaries; those requests are metered and carry no patient identifiers.
Retention and deletion
Records are retained while the account is active so clinical progress remains comparable over time. Practitioners and patients can request export or deletion of their data by contacting their practice administrator, or by emailing [email protected].
